Are pets welcome?+
Certain ground-floor suites and our Garden Villas welcome pets on request, with a single cleaning fee added to your bill. Dogs receive a complimentary welcome kit (bed, bowls, treats), twice-daily walks, and grooming if asked. Cats may stay in carriers; our suites lack litter facilities — kindly advise us beforehand.
Can you host private events?+
Yes. Our two ballrooms, eight private dining rooms, beach pavilion, and rotunda can be hired privately, seating from eight to four hundred guests. Weddings and milestone gatherings are a special delight for us; our events director prepares a proposal within forty-eight hours of a first enquiry.
How far is the airport?+
Roughly thirty-five minutes by private car along the coastal road in ordinary traffic, or fifty-five minutes if your driver chooses the scenic inland path through the vineyards (we suggest this on arrival days when time is plentiful). By helicopter from the resort helipad, the trip is twelve minutes door-to-door.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Bookings may be cancelled at no cost up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations inside fourteen days incur the first night; no-shows are billed for the entire stay. Suites and villas under our Best Available Rate can be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is always advised.

Three open-air dining tiers facing west, arranged so no two tables look straight at one another. Golden hour here holds for about forty minutes. We have tuned the menu, the music, and the light around it for years.
